Dear Gaila - Top Five Mysteries for Young Readers!

Some children - people - enjoy mysteries and figuring out the whodunit part. Others enjoy the thrill of it. Here are the most popular Mystery series I know:

2) Encyclopedia Brown & Two Minute Mysteries are good for their very short stories - they can be read in a couple of minutes.

3) Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys series still hold appeal for many although the original books had quite a high vocabulary.

4) Sammy Keyes is a bit more modern series. 7th grade amateur slueth, sassy Sammy Keyes solves the mystery just in time to save the day!

5) Let's not forget Cam Jansen early chapter books for the beginning readers!

Have fun reading!
